Renaissance castle in Humenne
The manor house, the dominant feature of the town of Humenné, was built on the site of a medieval water castle, a simple tower-shaped building surrounded by a moat. It is one of the most important cultural and historical monuments in the area. The manor house was built by the Drugeth family between 1619 and 1641 on the site of a burnt-out manor house.
