The 9-hole course GOLF CLUB BOJNICE was opened on 2 September 2015. It is located in the Upper Nitra region, in Sebedražie, 6 km from Prievidza and 8 km from Bojnice. Together with the golf training center, it creates the conditions for independent play and uninterrupted training at the same time. The course can be found in a pleasant foothill environment at the foot of the Vtáčnik mountain range. Sedlo (Saddle) Equestrian and Riding centre surrounded by nature is situated at an altitude of 600 m asl, in the middle of Veľké Pole mountain pass, between the towns Partizánske and Žarnovica. In summer you get a sight of it from afar thanks to a huge herd of grazing horses. Services include horseback riding and walks in the surroundings, riding on carriage or directly on horseback. St. Francis riding area is situated in the mountain surroundings of the Vtáčnik mountain range, near the town Žarnovica and the village of Horné Hámre. The original abandoned settlement with an area of 16 hectares was renovated in 1997. The Parish Church of St. Bartholomew the Apostle is located in the town of Prievidza, on Pribina Square. It is originally a Gothic building from the late 14th century, which was modified and expanded in the 17th century. The parish in Prievidza was established at the beginning of the 13th century. In 1321, the castle parish ceased to exist, and shortly thereafter the construction of a new – city – parish and parish church began. Over the years, the church underwent various changes.
