Cottage Lux is situated in Oravice, a village of Vitanová, only 100 meters from the Meander Park in Oravice. 

The cottage has one to four-bed rooms and has one 8-bed room. Nearly all rooms have a private shower and toilet, except for the third floor rooms where there are 3 bedrooms with a washbasin that have two shared toilets and a shower. Each room is equipped with a TV with satellite channels.

The cottage includes a bar and a restaurant with a wide selection of Slovak specialties. Leisure options include a sauna, solarium, billiards, table tennis, table football, a PC in the bar and a tennis court that serves as a ski slope in winter. Children's ski lift is located 150 from the cottage.

WiFi internet access is available in all cottages. Guests can park at the cottage in the parking lot guarded by the CCTV system.
