SKI BREZOVICA

In the picturesque surroundings of Upper Orava, under Skorušinské hills, with the highest peak Skorušina (1314 m.a.s.l.) lies the village of Brezovica (730 m.a.s.l.). The village itself and its surroundings offer a lot of possibilities for tourism, sport, recreation, relax and fun. The winter sport lovers, particularly those keen on skiing (in the neighbourhood there are a lot of possibilities for skiing and ski tracks) will find what they are looking for but one can go in also for other types of sports, fun and relax. The ski resort is situated 2 km behind the village of Brezovica. In the ski resort there are 6 ski slopes with total length of 4,5 km for the less but also for the more demanding skiers.

The slopes are artificially treated and mechanically snowed. The ski-lift is in operation from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. At the lower ski-lift station with length of 750 m there is a ski rental.
