Diamant *** Dudince - the newest spa in Slovakia, is located in the region of Novohrad (Hont). The unique composition and precious balneological properties of mineral water (similar content have only the spas in Vichy in France and Japan) which predetermines the spa resort to treat cardiovascular, musculoskeletal and nervous systems.

The mineral water is unique in that the only one in Europe contains carbon dioxide and hydrogen sulphide. Spa has already been the favourite place of King Matthias, and the wife of Franz Joseph I. - Elizabeth.

Treatment takes place directly in the Medical resort Diamant, where is provided by qualified personnel. Healing stay begins with a thorough medical examination, to build an individual treatment program – patient gets it as a spa card.

Provided procedures based on mineral medicinal water belong among the main therapeutic treatments. There are classical, reflex massage, underwater massage, whirlpool baths for limbs, Scottish showers and treading pool.
