Cerveny Klastor Spa - Smerdzonka specialize in the treatment of skin diseases using a unique natural healing mineral water, with specific hydrogen sulphide odor. Smerdžonka mineral water has beneficial effects also in the treatment of locomotive and digestive tract or nervous diseases.

These are cold, weakly alkaline, hypotonic, moderately mineralized natural healing water, containing minerals and salts, especially Na, Mg, Ca and sulphate content of 11 mg / l. Total mineralization of water is 1172 mg / l.

In balneotherapy, sulfur water is used primarily for external treatment in the form of a spa. Hydrogen sulfide is very well absorbed through the skin and mucous membranes. It improves elasticity in tissues, has analgesic, anti-inflammatory and antiseptic effects. The retention of sulfur in the skin after the sulfur bath is extended by a dry wrap.

Sulfur concentration allows the water to be heated to a therapeutic temperature of 37-40 ° C without losing its healing properties. For optimum effect, the bath is repeated daily for a total of 18-20 baths, for skin diseases 20-25 baths in a series.
