Dudinka - Thermal swimming pool

The reconstructed thermal swimming pool Dudinka in the famous spa town Dudince is located 27 kilometers from Krupina.

You will find four swimming pools with water temperatures from 28 to 38 degrees. The disadvantage is few dining options and a relatively high entrance fee. The swimming pool was named after the fairy Dudinka. According to legend, it gave the local water a healing power that helps cure nervous diseases and movement difficulties.

At the swimming pool you can refresh yourself in 4 pools - children's, pool with water attractions, recreational and mineral. The latter is used mainly by older people. The plus is a clean and well-kept area and a large terrace. Children can hike on the toboggan, family slide and in the water channel with nozzles, smaller ones on swings.

The spa town of Dudince is one of the warmest places in Slovakia and is known mainly for its mineral healing springs. These waters have a beneficial effect on the treatment of the musculoskeletal system in particular.

In the Dudince spa , diseases of the musculoskeletal system and nervous diseases are treated. Hydrocarbonate-chloride, sodium-calcium, sulfur, carbonated medium-mineralized water with a temperature of 30 ° C springs here. In the spa area there is also a thermal swimming pool with mineral water warm 28 ° C.

Dudin's natural healing water is characterized by expert analyzes as "strongly mineralized, carbonic, bicarbonate-chloride, sodium-calcium, with increased content of boron, fluorine and magnesium, weakly acidic, lukewarm, hypotonic".
