The guesthouse is situated in the picturesque village of Habovka, near Roháče, belonging to the Western Tatras, as well as the Skorušinské Hills. The building stands on the outskirts of the village towards Oravice. It is less than 4 km from the guesthouse to Zuberec. The Meander Park in Oravice is 11 km away and the Ski Rohace Spalena Ski Area is less than 15 km away.

There are 8 en-suite rooms with TV and fridge. The property has a lounge with TV and equipped kitchenettes. You can spend your free time in the fitness room or barbecue or roast in the garden. You will also have fun with billiards and electronic darts.
