KOTVA Resort is located in a beautiful quiet environment, right next to the Orava Reservoir. The surrounding nature offers many opportunities for active rest and relaxation. Swimming, fishing, boating or other water sports are available. Tourism lovers can go on excursions along the mountains surrounding the Orava Dam. You can get to know the beauties of Orava Magura, Baba Hora, Pilsko or the Western Tatras.

In addition to comfortable accommodation, we provide our guests with quality hospitality services in the elegant restaurant of the pension, along with plenty of relaxing activities. Tennis, billiards, football or table football are also available.

The Resort consists of 10 wooden houses. You can choose from 7 houses with 6 beds and 3 cottages with 8 beds. Each house has two bedrooms, a bathroom with toilet, a pleasant living room with fireplace and satellite TV, and a fully equipped kitchen for self-catering. The houses have a terrace, outdoor seating and private parking.

Your request is not considered as a binding booking. Upon receipt of your request it will be sent an offer to you. If the demand stay (accommodation) because of occupied capacities not possible, we will offer you: the earliest possible time period or Alternative accommodation in similar quality. If you do not agree with the offer your reservation will be cancelled without any penalties. In case of your consent we will send the invoice for the stay. The payment for ordered services, we require prior to arrival, according to the Booking conditions.
