Chata MOTÝĽ

Chata Motýľ is a holiday cottage with a maximum capacity of 9 guests, located in the Orava region on the shore of the Orava Reservoir, one of the most visited water reservoirs in Slovakia. This comfortably furnished cottage, situated in a peaceful area near a small forest, offers year-round accommodation. It can be found on the southwestern shore of the Orava Reservoir, close to the marina.

During your stay, you can make use of the fully equipped kitchenette, which includes a cooking hob, electric oven, microwave oven, and electric kettle. The cottage also features a living area with a dining space, sofa, television, and fireplace, creating a warm and cosy atmosphere.

The cottage has four double bedrooms with double beds, one of which also includes an extra bed. There are two bathrooms equipped with either a shower or a bathtub, as well as two toilets. One toilet is part of a bathroom, while the other is separate.

Free Wi-Fi access is available throughout your stay.

On the fenced property, guests can relax in a hot tub (wood-fired bathing barrel) available for an additional fee. You can also enjoy pleasant moments on the terrace with a barbecue. Children will love the playground featuring a trampoline, slide, swing, and toys.

Parking is available directly on the premises of Chata Motýľ.

The Orava Reservoir is a popular summer holiday destination where visitors can enjoy swimming, water sports, fishing, and boat trips. During a sightseeing cruise, you can visit the Slanica Island of Art, home to a historic church with an exhibition, a Calvary, and a lapidarium. Hiking enthusiasts can explore the nearby Western Tatras, especially their most beautiful part, the Roháče Mountains.
