The reconstructed Balko Cottage is located next to the forest in the middle of the Oravice recreation center in the Orava region. The object with a capacity of 19 persons has a nice large terrace where you can not only sit comfortably but also grill in the outdoor fireplace.

On the ground floor of the cottage is a spacious lounge with TV, fireplace and sofa bed (2 beds). You will also find a kitchen, a large hall with a dining area, a bathroom and a toilet.

On the floor of the cottage are two separate four-bed bedrooms and a smaller lounge with TV and sofa bed, which is usable as two extra beds. The second floor of the cottage consists of two double and one triple bedroom. Fireplace in the living room can also be heated rooms.

At the cottage you have a garden swing and for children there is a wooden house with climbing frames.

If you want to make your holiday more enjoyable, you can go to the nearby Juranova Valley and Rohacov. Mushroom picking is also available in the surrounding forests. Throughout the year Meander Thermal Park Oravice welcomes you. The ski resort of Ski Meander Park is a popular place in the winter season.
