Luxury business Grand Boutique Hotel Sergijo is located in a beautiful quiet natural area near the eastern bank of the lake Sĺňava. Piestany city centre is just 5 minutes away by car. To Spa Piestany it is only 3 km. The hotel has prepared for guests various stays focused on relaxation, but also business lounges, which provide a suitable place for holding business events and training.

Hotel offers 25 rooms decorated in Italian style, with a balcony overlooking the dam. It has 2 VIP suites, too. There are double rooms (some with two extra beds) suitable for families as well as single rooms. Rooms with an area of 28-45 square meters are equipped with a large bed with organic mattress, TV with international channels, writing table, chairs, mini bar, safe, free WiFi and bathroom with spa shower.

Veľmi milá a ochotná pani na recepcii (aj keď nechápem prečo v 4* hoteli jedna osoba robí recepčnú aj čašníčku aj bohvie čo všetko), celkovo príjemný personál.
Negatives:
Vybavenie hotela miestami zastaralé (najmä socialistické kúpeľne, ktoré úplne kazia dojem z izby), čistota vírivky VEĽMI spochybniteľná - kalná, nie úplne voňavá voda (nie od soli), na vnútorných stenách vírivky podozrivý povlak (taktiež nie od soli), dovolím si tvrdiť že voda nie je menená po každom zákazníkovi/páre (napriek tomu že na wellness sa chodí privátne takže je diskutabilné čo všetko sa tam deje).
Napriek ochote personálu a možnosti donášky nápojov až na izbu vás po polnoci nikto neobslúži a nemôžte si nič zakúpiť ani ak si pre to chcete ísť osobne.
Posledný zlý bod je strava. Mali sme plnú penziu, raňajky a večere formou bufetových stolov boli skvelé (najmä na večeri sa dalo nájsť ozaj výborne jedlo) avšak OBED bola čistá katastrofa - polievka nedochutená, ryža v druhom chode taktiež nedochutená s veľmi divnou a nepríjemnou konzistenciou + na mäse hodený kúsok polosurovej taktiež neochutenej brokolice. Na 4* veľmi slabé
