UNIZA Cottage Settlement offers 14 separate chalets, standing by the woods. The cottage settlement in the Roháčov environment is located in Zuberec. It is ideal for group stays, such as school trips, but also suitable for family vacations.

The well-equipped and tastefully furnished cottages were renovated in 2011. Each chalet has a kitchenette with a fridge and kettle. On the ground floor there is a lounge with a sofa and a TV. On the ground floor you will also find a bathroom and a toilet. There are 2 double bedrooms on the floor. If necessary, 2 extra beds can be added to the cottage.

Guests can relax in the Finnish sauna. The cottage settlement also provides catering services. This resort in Zuberec is a favorite place for family stays with children, children's camps, ski tours, sports centers, as well as for organizing training sessions or other corporate events.

Nádherná príroda, možnosti turistiky, kľud. Všetky problémiky, ktoré nás postihli, bol personál ochotný okamžite riešiť. V lete nás zastihol týždeň dažďa a zimy - v chatke sa dalo prikúriť.
Negatives:
žiadne výrazné negatíva - je to skôr turistický štandard a za tú cenu dostanete veľmi dobrú úroveň ubytovania a služieb = ak čakáte interhotel, tak toto to nie je, ak čakáte bežnú turistickú ubytovňu, tak toto je oveľa viac. Čo mi vadilo? Na fotkách je varná kanvica na chatke - v skutočnosti si ju musíte málinko priplatiť. V chatke je chladnička a je písané, že celé vybavenie na raňajky, no boli tam iba šálky, príbory, doska na krájanie - chýbali tanieriky, plytké a hlboké - na drevenej chatke varič k dispozícii nie je (chápem, požiar a v pohode sa dobre najete v blízkej jedálni či v reštike pri skanzene 10 min chôdze). No keď chcete dieťaťu urobiť nevarenú kašu, či zaliať si vriacou vodou instatnú polievku, alebo len spraviť cereálie, tak čo? Nie každý chce/môže raňajkovať len to, čo je v ponuke menu v jedálni.
