Stanišovská Cave

The Stanišovská cave is located in Liptov, in the northern part of the Jánská dolina on the southwestern slopes of the Smrekovice massif at an altitude of 766 meters above sea level.

The cave, accessible all year round, is open every day. You will have a perfect experience while exploring the magical underground with guides - cavers. During the tour, you will walk along the walls that water and mother nature have modeled into indescribable shapes. Each visitor receives a headlamp before entering, you do not need special clothing or shoes to enter the cave. Velká and Malá Stanišovská jaskyňa are located on the southern slope of Smrekovica, at the mouth of the Stanišová side valley to the Jánská dolina.

Open daily, 10 a.m. - 4 p.m., admission every hour + individual admissions

Entries: 10:00 - 11:00 - 12:00 - 13:00 - 14:00 - 15:00 - 16:00

Notice:
Ticket sales are ongoing or 10 to 5 min. before entering. Regular entry is every full hour. The cave manager can also allow another entrance if necessary. Please wait for the guide's return during the absence.
