Ubytování krásné, pokoje čisté. klimatizace, personál perfektní, hlavně číšník jak z 1. republiky to se jen tak nevidí, servírky samozřejmě také, kuchř skvělý. Nad míru spokojeni.
Negatives:
My nemáme žádné výhrady, tedy já mám rád tvrdší postele,ale nekdo zas měkkší,tak že to ani není negativum

jídelna v termálech: slečna za pultem byla sama, přesto běhala, byla rychlá, ochotná, usměvavá..i paní u pokladny ochotná, běhala od pokladny k nápojům, točila pivo,ale řezáka natočit neumí - 28.2.2015...sousedé si chválili vepřoknedlozelo,velká porce, jídlo chutné

brynzové halušky brambory ani brynzu neviděly ani z rychlíku, nahoře zakysanka..porce 300 g ? ani náhodou....kuře přesolené...smažené žampiony uvnitř téměř syrové...slečna za pultem sama, plné ruce práce, raději píšeme sem místo zdržování zaměstnanců od práce a hostů ve frontě
