Bioclimatic building is located in Blatnica, on the outskirts of Velka Fatra near to Gaderska and Blatnica valley, known for its hiking and cycling trails. Dom Pod Lipami offers beautiful views of the hills.
The house is divided into two independent parts. One part is occupied by the owners.
The ground floor of the accommodation consists of a kitchen and living room with a tiled oven. The interior complements refurbished folk furniture. On the first floor there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. One bedroom has a double bed, the other has two single beds that can be easily joined. Total accommodation capacity is 4 people.
The kitchen is modernly furnished. The furnishings includes a ceramic hob, electric oven, fridge / freezer, kettle, coffee maker. A washing machine is also available in the house.
The house is suitable for both short and long stays, focused on hiking, cycling, skiing.
Nearby are the ski resorts of Martinské hole, Jasenská dolina and Snowland Valca. The nearest spa's are is Turčianske- and Rajecké Teplice.
