Mountain Cottage Kosodrevina is situated at an altitude of 1500 m, on the southern slopes of Chopok in the Low Tatras, in the middle of Jasná Ski Resort. Only can be reached by a cable car from Srdiečko in Bystrianska dolina or a cabin from the Krupova. The chalet can also be reached by foot.

The hostel * provides accommodation and boarding for 236 people. Stay in the cottage also includes half board. The chalet features a panoramic à la carte restaurant, a day bar, a lobby bar, an Aprés-ski bar with grilled dishes, and a night bar where various events, festivals and concerts are held.

Accommodation in the cottage is ideal for tourists and skiers, as the cottage is located directly on the ski slopes of one of the largest centers of Slovakia. The downhill runs straight ahead of the chalet. In addition to downhill skiing guests can enjoy freeride skiing, and snowboarding.
