The highest situated cottage in Demanovska Dolina is situated at an altitude of 1235 meters above sea level, right next to the valley station of the chair lift Koliesko - Lukova in the resort Jasna and at the same time downhill.
In the past, a popular ski-restaurant was rebuilt into a family-run guesthouse, which currently offers double rooms, an apartment and a restaurant. Some rooms have the option of adding a baby bed. The apartment consists of one double bedroom, one triple bedroom and a living room.
Restaurant capacity is 55 persons. The cottage is also a smaller congress room with a capacity of 20 seats. Thanks to these spaces, the cottage is suitable for various family celebrations and corporate events.
Parking places throughout the year are located by the cottage.
