Chalet Devena

The wooden chalet Chata Devena is in the village of Valča, right in the Snowland Ski Park in the Valčianská Valley. It is located just 100 m from the ski lift, from which you can ski directly to the cottage. It is 16 km away from Martin, 24 km from Turčianské Teplice and 49 km from Žilina.

 The cottage has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower and living room with kitchen - the total accommodation capacity is 12 people.

The ground floor has: 1 x 4-bed bedroom, bathroom with toilet, living room with fireplace, TV / SAT, DVD, CD, radio, fully equipped kitchen and dining area. The kitchen has a kitchen sink, electric double hob, 2 refrigerators, microwave, kettle and kitchen utensils. If you do not want to cook, you can dine in the nearby restaurant Humno (approx. 200 m) or in the hotel Impozant (approx. 50 m).

Upstairs: 2 x 2-bedded bedroom with cot, 1 x 4-bedded bedroom, bathroom with toilet and balcony  with garden view and terrace.

The cottage is in a protected landscape area, has its own wastewater treatment, so it is strictly forbidden to pour grease, oil, etc. into the waste pipe!

In front of the cottage is a garden fireplace, barbecue and you can sit under the covered terrace. Free Wi-Fi and private parking are also available.

The area is ideal for hiking, biking and skiing directly in the ski center Snowland Valča, which includes a huge playground approx. 100 m from the cottage. You can play golf, tennis, try paintball or rent bicycles.

Transport and parking: You can come to the cottage by car - there is parking for 2-3 cars, or you can come by train to Martin and from there by taxi or bus, which runs only during the ski season.
