Royal Apartment House can be found in Velky Meder, which is part of the Danube Lowland (Podunajska nizina) lying in southwestern Slovakia. From the thermal baths Thermal Corvinus this newly built apartments are just 200 meters away, and stands in a quiet part of town.

Guests can stay in one of six rooms, with a choice of double, triple or quadruple rooms. Each room has a bathroom with shower, toilet and a kitchenette, which is equipped with microwave, fridge, kettle and cooker. Room equipment includes flat-screen TV, CD player, radio and on each available WiFi access.

For children there is a playground in the garden, where is also a BBQ. Hotel guests park free of charge in a fenced parking lot in the yard.
