Hotel Grand Matej, standing in the centre of Banska Stiavnica, offers comfortably furnished spacious rooms suitable for business travellers, families with children, but also tourists and skiers.

There are double and single rooms and three suites. Most rooms have a extra bed for children and a cot available. Each room is equipped with a bathroom, TV, telephone, radio, minibar and internet access.

In an exclusive interior of wellness centre, there is a sauna and Jacuzzi for 8 people. The hotel has meeting rooms for conferences, workshops, seminars and trainings. Conference hall has a capacity of 250 persons, a large lounge up to 60 persons and a smaller saloon 15 persons.

Milý personál. Pekné prostredie terasy reštaurácie.
Negatives:
Kvalita jedla v reštaurácii absolútne nezodpovedá ich vysokým cenám. Rizoto za 10 EUR obsahovalo 4 kúsky kačacieho mäsa a lacnú mrazenú zeleninu nakrájanú na kocky, ktorou navyšovali gramáž už tak malej porcie (veľkosti cca dvoch ženských pästí). Po výlete po horách sa tu najesť neodporúčam. Sklamanie a hlad pri odchode.
