The interior of the Natural Spa

Kneipp foot bath - alternating action of hot and cold water with uneven terrain. It reflexively stimulates the feet and restores the flexibility of the blood vessels, muscles and tendons of your legs. Hot water: 40°C - 42°C. Cold water: 12°C - 14°C. A walk in a Kneipa bath has an intensive effect on the blood circulation of the lower limbs, it acts as a prevention of flat feet.

Infrared sauna with a temperature of 45-50°C ensures a pleasant overheating of the body, suitable for people who cannot stand high temperatures in a traditional sauna.

Relaxation overflow pool - natural thermal water with a temperature of 34-35°C, hydromassage jets and pearl beds for massaging the back, upper and lower limbs. The overflow part of the pool takes you to the outer part of the pool.

Relax aquarium - a relaxation zone with a view of an aquarium with freshwater fish.

Ice pool - cooling pool with a water temperature of 10-12 °C and a depth of 1.3 m

Biosanarium - the temperature in the biosanarium varies between 65-70°C and the relative humidity is between 20% and 30%. It helps patients with high blood pressure, strengthens the immune system and is suitable for those who find the classic sauna too hot.

Kelo ritual sauna - Finnish rustic sauna with a temperature of 85 to 95 °C
