Dubeň observation tower

The Dubeň Observation Tower is one of the most popular tourist attractions near Žilina. It is located on Dubeň Hill (613 m above sea level) on the northern edge of the city and offers spectacular panoramic views of Žilina, the Malá Fatra Mountains, the Kysucká Highlands, the Súľov Hills, and the surrounding Váh River valley. Standing approximately 27 metres tall, the modern wooden and steel observation tower has become a favourite destination for families, hikers, cyclists, and photographers.

The tower is easily accessible via marked hiking trails from several parts of Žilina, most commonly from Budatín or Zádubnie.
