Vila HORAL - Apartments

Apartments VILA HORAL are located on the outskirts of the village of Demänová, near the Demänovská valley, approximately 10 km from the Jasná Nízke Tatry ski resort. The accommodation is located in the beautiful surroundings of the Liptov region, near thermal pools, water parks, caves and the Liptovská Mara water reservoir. You can spend a winter or summer stay in Villa Horal and enjoy a great active vacation.

The villa offers a total of 6 spacious, stylishly furnished apartments, each for 4 to 5 people. In each apartment you have a fully equipped kitchen with an electric double stove, a fridge, a kettle and, on request, a microwave. All apartments are equipped with a private bathroom (toilet/shower). The apartments include a room with two to three beds, while the third bed is on a bunk bed, and a main room with a sofa bed (double bed), kitchenette and satellite TV. Two apartments have a balcony. One apartment is designed as wheelchair accessible.

On the ground floor of Villa Horal, guests have access to a common room with a fireplace, LCD TV with satellite, video, DVD player and a separate game room, where billiards, darts, board games and toys for children are available.

Families with small children can, if necessary, order a cot, a chair and a bathtub. You can use WiFi internet connection for free in the entire building.

Free time can be spent in a beautifully landscaped large garden with a covered swimming pool and sunbeds. Right next to the pool there is a spacious gazebo with barbecue facilities, a grass court for badminton, table tennis, skittles and other activities. During your stay, you also have an open fireplace, where you can roast or cook a tasty pot stew.

For children, there is a children's playground in the garden with swings, a slide for the little ones and a trampoline for the older ones. At the end of the garden there is a relaxation corner with a pond, a bubbling stream and a water fountain.

An 18-hole minigolf course covered with artificial golf grass is part of the Villa Horal area. All holes have natural obstacles, the difficulty of which is adapted to all players. The playground is suitable for all age categories, whether it's families with children, seniors, groups of friends or a team building event. Adventure Minigolf VILA HORAL is also open to the public.

Parking for up to 7 vehicles is provided in the enclosed garden. Motorcycles and bicycles can be parked under the shelter. In the winter season, a lockable ski storage room is available for guests.

For your stay, you can also order breakfast or half board in a nearby restaurant. The nearest shop is 400 meters away, restaurants are 30, 400 and 1000 meters away.

Accommodation with pets is not possible in Vila Horal.
