Four-star hotel is situated in the square under the Bojnice castle in an attractive spa town. In the vicinity of the hotel, as well as directly in it, guests have many opportunities for spending leisure time. Zvonku pekný hotelík s najlepšou polohou úplne v centre Bojníc. Pekná zrekonštruovaná reštaurácia. Už sme zažili bohatšie švédske stoly, ale bolo to celkom v poriadku aj večere boli chutné. Personál ochotný, milý a profesionálny. Počas festivalu strašidiel polpenzia, wellness a parkovanie v cene, čo sme ocenili.
Negatives:
Veľké negatívum sú izbičky absolútne nezodpovedajúce štyrom hviezdičkám. Zatečené steny, okná bez závesov, maličká vaňa, miesto prístelky lacné rozbité rozkladacie kresielko na hliníkovej konštrukcii a tenučkom zničenom matraci. Klasický starý televízorík s uhlopriečkou 30 cm (to som naozaj nevidela posledných 5 rokov v žiadnom ani lacnejšom hoteli). Starý, nemoderný nábytok. Veľmi malé, neútulné a zlé usporiadané priestory izby, v ktorých okrem samotného spania nebolo možné si oddýchnuť. Ceny zodpovedajú štyrom hviezdičkám, bohužiaľ ubytovanie ledva hodnotím na slabučké tri hviezdičky.

- Vysoká cena, ktorá nezahŕňala: raňajky, parkovanie , wellness
- Personál vo wellness nám povedal, že je otvorené iba do 21.hodiny napriek tomu, že všade je písané do 22.hod (asi sa im chcelo ísť domov)
- Nedali sa nám zatvoriť dvere na WC / kúpeľni
- Nesvietilo hlavné svetlo v izbe
