Hotel Sĺňava is located 200 meters from the northern shores Zemplínska Šírava.  It located in the recreation center of Palkov. The hotel grounds include an outdoor swimming pool, which is open during the summer season.

You can stay in double and triple rooms with shower, toilet and balcony. The hotel has a bar with a covered terrace. The hotel can play billiards. Hotel guests can dine half board or full board. The hotel is suitable for individual trips, school trips, as well as corporate events and family celebrations.

Free parking is available directly to the hotel building.

Cena zodpoveda sluzbam, nie je to ziaden 5 hviezdickovy hotel no je tam tiche prostredie a kedze mame male deti uplne nam to vyhovovalo. Ubytovanie v zrekonstruovanych izbach bolo super aj ked nam chybal stol na balkon no dalo sa to hned vybavit. Slecna casnicka bola neskutocne mila a ustretova aj o pol noci nam ohrievala mliecko pre deti a s cim mohla nam rada pomohla. Nasli sme to nahodne min. roku a urcite sa vratime zasa :)

Przestronny pokój, czysta pościel, wygodne łózka, czysta łazienka
Negatives:
Pokój: tylko 4 łóżka, jedna szafka nocna i nic więcej. Nie było nawet krzesła ani stolika po prostu nic więcej !!
Balkon: kilka jaskółczych gniazd nad oknem, na parapecie i posadzce sterty jaskółczych odchodów -ohyda !
Łazienka: w pierwszym dniu brak ciepłej wody po interwencji w drugim dni była. Brak ręczników - po prostu poza urządzeniami sanitarnymi i papierem toaletowym nie ma nic !.
Wyżywienie - tragiczne:
Korzystaliśmy tylko z śniadań (2 dni):
-pierwszy dzień: czerstwy chleb oczywiście bez masła, 3 parówki, 1 plasterek ogórka, 1 plasterek pomidora, herbata na stoliku w dzbanku oczywiście bez cytryny.
- drugi dzień : czerstwy chleb oczywiście bez masła, przypalona i śmierdząca jajecznica, 1 plasterek ogórka, 1 plasterek pomidora, herbata na stoliku w dzbanku oczywiście bez cytryny.
Niestety nie dało się tego zjeść.

Ogólnie: Cena nieadekwatna do jakości usługi. Nie byliśmy zadowoleni i nikomu nie polecilibyśmy pobytu w tym hotelu.

Do izieb nepršalo.
Negatives:
Ubytovanie
- vôbec netiekla teplá voda, nedalo sa osprchovať
- žiadne mydlo na izbe
- 1 uterák na izbe, veľmi malý
- v 1 apartmáne vôbec netiekla voda, nebola voda ani v toalete!
- na niektorých toaletách pretekala voda
- podložená posteľ s polystyrénom
- v nezrekonštruovaných izbách špina, nepovysávané koberce, pavúky, pleseň
- do rána bola na izbe opadaná omietka zo stropu
- na niektorých izbách sa nedalo zavrieť okno, či dvere
- na balkónoch exkrementy po lastovičkách
- posteľné prádlo a periny staré, že sa ľudia ani radšej nezakryli. Mnohí nám aj odišli spať domov, pretože sa štítili ľahnúť si do postele.

Strava
- obsluha nestíhala, boli dlhé rady na stravu, stále sme čakali, často aj 30-45minút v rade, najhoršie to znášali deti
- RAŇAJKY: málo párkov, klobásy z večere!, žiadne vajíčka, najlacnejšia šunka, žiadna zelenina. Okrem toho kolegovia čakali 15min. v rade na raňajky, pričom na stole nebolo nič, len klobásy z večere. Kolegyňa poprosila obsluhu o šunku a maslo, ale tá nosila stále len ďalšie a ďalšie klobásy ďalších 20min. Až keď sa mnohí “naraňajkovali”, resp. to niektorí aj vzdali bez raňajok, až vtedy priniesli na stôl 2.tanier párkov
- OBED: neskoro, zemiaky bez soli a chuti. Obed bol tak neskoro a tak dlho ho nosili, že 1/3 ľudí odišla domov bez obeda, vzdali to.
- VEČERA: na horčicu sa čakalo vždy aj pol hodinu
- slabý nápojový lístok
- slabá káva, čaj bez citróna
- po obede nechceli vydať kávu, že nestíhajú

Okolie
- psie exkrementy po tráve, kde sa hrali deti
- neupravené tenisové ihrisko, nedalo sa hrať
