The cottage is located on the outskirts of Oščadnica in the Kysucké Beskydy environment. The 14-bed and 5-bedroom apartments are 2 km from Snowparadise Velka Rača. The cabin features a Finnish / infra sauna and an outdoor bathrobe.
 
The cottage has a basement with a wine cellar and a beer bar. In the cottage guests have a kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, stove and electric kettle.

At the cottage guests can use the enclosed gazebo with a grill.

14 beds are located in five impassive bedrooms. There are 3 double and 2 quadruple bedrooms. Each room is equipped with a satellite TV (including Slovak and Czech stations). In the chalet there are 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets. One bathroom is equipped with a washing machine.

The cottage below Kykulou also has a terrace and does not lack a large yard. There are 6 mountain bikes available.

The area provides parking spaces for 5 cars and 1 place in the covered garage.

For a fee, the cottage offers excellent wines and fresh bryndza, cheese, butter and milk.
