It offers accommodation in two separate parts for 6 people. Each part has a private entrance and a terrace with seating overlooking the garden.

The garden features an indoor garden gazebo with seating and barbecue facilities. The cottage is electrically heated. There is a fireplace in the living room on the ground floor. Parking is available in the yard.

The surroundings offer opportunities for hiking and cycling in the surroundings of Kvačianska and Prosiecka Valley, fishing and swimming in Liptovská Mara and skiing in the nearby ski resorts.
