Pension Maxim is situated in a quiet part of Demänová, on Liptov near the Jasná recreation center in Demanovska Valley.

For guest are available double to quadruple rooms and apartments for up to 4 people. Each room is equipped with satellite TV and a bathroom with a shower. The triple and quadruple rooms have 2 beds and a sofa bed. From the suites you can choose one-bedroom with two beds and a sofa bed or two-bedroom apartment, each with two beds. The apartments have a kitchenette with a fridge and cookware.

Guests can spend their free time in the lounge with TV, PlayStation, and various social games. There is also a shared kitchen for your own meals, a ski room and a covered terrace with a barbecue. At the guesthouse you can play tennis on a clay tennis court. Free WiFi internet access is available in the hotel's public areas.
