Izba absolútne v poriadku. Úplne nad očakávanie. Všetko čisté , pekné, kvalitný matrac, ticho, bonus - pohľad na bocianie hniezdo.

Štandardná jednolôžková izba s vlastnou kúpeľňou.
Dohodnuté bolo, že prídem medzi 19 -20 tou hodinou. To splnené bolo. Ale na mieste sme sa nevedeli dozvoniť ani dovolať. Približne po 20 minútach sa podaril telefonický kontakt.
Izba absolútne v poriadku. Úplne nad očakávanie. Všetko čisté , pekné, kvalitný matrac, ticho, bonus - pohľad na bocianie hniezdo.

Vzala som si aj vizitku, že sa rada vrátim. Pri platení mi bola oznámená suma 40 eur za noc bez raňajok. Zneistela som a zavolala známu. Pani recepčná chcela, aby sme preukázali, kde sme nižšiu cenu našli. Ale bola to strata času. Ona si šla riešiť svoje veci.
Nájdená stránka ju nezaujímala, že je bývalého majiteľa a nový na ňu nemá dosah. Žiadne ospravedlnenie, ľútosť nad vzniknutou situáciou. Jednoducho zaplať a vypadni.

Takže v cestovnom ruchu slovenský štandard. Niečo, ako : Prepáčte, vzniknutá situácia nás mrzí, dáme to do poriadku. Môžem Vám ponúknuť kávu na účet podniku?
Za tým predsa ešte stále ísť za hranice.
