The SOREA Hrebienok mountain hotel lies in the mountain centre of Hrebienok, among the marvelous scenery of the High Tatras, on the south-eastern slope of the Slavkovský peak. It is connected to the oldest Tatras settlement - Starý Smokovec – by a railed cable-car which is one of the most well-known attractions of the Tatras. The hotel’s history dates back to the end of the 18th century, when a spa was built on the original ground. The favourable effects of the bio-climatic complex and beneficial meteorological conditions of this climate even today have a recognized healing effect. Indeed, the climate throughout the entire High Tatras is healthful, particularly for diseases of the respiratory tract and in particular.
The completely reconstructed hotel provides accommodation in comfortably appointed apartments, one- and two-bed rooms with cot options, which are outfitted with shower facilities, WC, telephone, radio, colour TVs with SAT program connections, and balconies. We also offer families with small children the rental of children’s beds. Accommodation with dogs is also available at this hotel.
