The Sándor Márai Memorial Exhibition was opened January 22, 2019. The Sándor Márai Memorial Room was opened on the ground floor of the house in May 1998 and has since been the scene of several exhibitions featuring the life and work of the city’s famous native son. The humble memorial room has now been expanded to accommodate a unique exhibition whose ambition is to pay homage to Sándor Márai’s memory in the city that played a central part in his life. 

We invite you to a tour of the water mill museum, which belonged to the Andrássy family from Krásná Hôrka with the original original equipment, where you will not only learn, but also see how flour was sometimes made. The water mill is located in the village of Kováčová near the town of Rožňava, in the Košice Region in eastern Slovakia.

Andrássy's gallery in Krásnohorské Podhradie was built in 1908-1909 by Dionýz Andrássy, the then owner of the Krásnohorský estate. At present, Andrássy's gallery provides space for seasonal exhibitions. The historical exposition - the museum depository is located in the building of the former Mark's leather manufactory and presents the most beautiful and precious collection objects of the museum. The SENTINEL Adventure Center was created by the reconstruction of the Mining Museum in Rožňava in 2015-2017. Sentinel includes the following objects: Gemer Mining and Metallurgy Exposition, Steam Time at the Mining Museum, Mining Workplaces, Nature Exposition of the Slovak Karst and Adjacent Areas, and a courtyard where mining mechanisms and mobile mining railways are located.
