The Dubeň Observation Tower is one of the most popular tourist attractions near Žilina. It is located on Dubeň Hill (613 m above sea level) on the northern edge of the city and offers spectacular panoramic views of Žilina, the Malá Fatra Mountains, the Kysucká Highlands, the Súľov Hills, and the surrounding Váh River valley.
