The historical exposition - the museum depository is located in the building of the former Mark's leather manufactory and presents the most beautiful and precious collection objects of the museum. The SENTINEL Adventure Center was created by the reconstruction of the Mining Museum in Rožňava in 2015-2017. Sentinel includes the following objects: Gemer Mining and Metallurgy Exposition, Steam Time at the Mining Museum, Mining Workplaces, Nature Exposition of the Slovak Karst and Adjacent Areas, and a courtyard where mining mechanisms and mobile mining railways are located. The modern and partly interactive Gemer Mining and Metallurgical Exhibition maps the history of Gemer mining and metallurgy from prehistoric times to the present. We invite you to a tour of the water mill museum, which belonged to the Andrássy family from Krásná Hôrka with the original original equipment, where you will not only learn, but also see how flour was sometimes made. The water mill is located in the village of Kováčová near the town of Rožňava, in the Košice Region in eastern Slovakia.
