Herľany, walking into the nature

Botanical Garden of Pavol J. Safarik University in Kosice is located in the north-western part of the Kosice Basin in site Bankov. It was founded in 1950 and now covers an area of 30 ha. The garden features a greenhouses warm exposure on an area of 3500 m2 with tropical and subtropical vegetation, and an area of 4 ha with exposure of decorative flora.
