Apartment house Jurika is located in Liptov in the middle of Bobrovec village. It is 4 km from the Tatralandia aquapark as well as from Liptovská Mara. It is approximately 4 km to the center of Liptovský Mikuláš.

The stylish apartment house has apartments of various sizes with nicely furnished spacious rooms with TV, private bathroom and equipped kitchen. Most rooms have a balcony. The bathroom has a toilet and a shower or bathtub. The boarding house has 11 apartments of different capacities from 2 to 16 people. Bed linen, towels, clothes dryer, extra blanket, soap, shower gel and shampoo are available for guests free of charge in each apartment.

The apartment house also offers a common room with billiards and a children's corner. Free WiFi is available in the apartment building. You can spend your free time in the garden with a playground, fireplace and garden seating. You can spend your free time in the garden with a swimming pool, playground, fireplace and garden seating.

Parking is free for guests, in a reserved parking lot directly in front of the apartment house.

Enthusiasts of mountain tourism can go on a hiking trail to the Western Tatras, which turn off north of the apartment house.

Apartment 1 - Ground floor (capacity 5 people)

The apartment is located on the ground floor and has its own entrance, which ensures guests maximum privacy. The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a folding couch and a folding chair, a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, a dining area with a TV, a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet. The entire apartment is tiled, but the underfloor heating ensures an ideal temperature. A fireplace completes the pleasant atmosphere in the apartment.

Apartment 2 – Superior (capacity 6 people)

The apartment is located on the first floor of the apartment building. The spacious apartment has a bedroom with a double bed, two single beds and two extra beds, a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, a dining area and a TV, a bathroom with a toilet and a shower.

Apartment 3 – Superior (capacity 5 people)

The apartment is located on the first floor of the apartment building. The bedroom has a double bed with a folding chair, a TV and a dressing table. The folding couch is located in the kitchen. In addition to basic kitchen equipment (cutlery, crockery, pots, glasses, plates), the kitchen also includes appliances such as a refrigerator, a single-plate stove and a microwave oven. The apartment also has a balcony, which is its great advantage, especially during the summer months.

Apartment 4 – Standard (capacity 3 people)

One of our smallest apartments is located on the 1st floor and its big advantage is the balcony. In the apartment, a double bed and a folding chair are prepared for our guests, so the apartment is ideal for a maximum of three people. It also includes a fully equipped kitchen with appliances, TV and bathroom with toilet and shower.

Apartment 5 - Studio (capacity 3 people)

The apartment is located on the first floor and its size suits a maximum of three people. The apartment has a double bed and a folding chair. The apartment also has a TV, wardrobe, table and chairs. A big advantage of the apartment is the balcony, which our guests will appreciate especially during the warmer months. The apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances and dishes, which allows our guests to at least prepare simple meals.

Apartment 6 - Standard (capacity 3 people)

The apartment is located on the first floor of the apartment building. The apartment has a double bed and a folding chair, a TV, a kitchen equipped with a single hotplate, an electric kettle, a microwave oven, a refrigerator and kitchen utensils (cutlery, cooking utensils, pots, plates, glasses). The apartment also has a balcony, which faces the quiet courtyard.

Apartment 7 - Studio (capacity 2 persons)

The apartment is located on the first floor and is the smallest apartment in the guesthouse, ideal for a maximum of 2 people. Despite its size, the apartment is equipped in the same way as all the others, so maximum comfort is ensured for our guests in this apartment as well. The apartment has a double bed, a TV, a fully equipped kitchen with appliances and kitchenware, a bathroom with a toilet and a shower.

Apartment 8 - Deluxe (capacity 11 people)

The apartment is located on the top floor of the guesthouse. The apartment has 2 separate bedrooms with double beds, single beds and pull-out beds, a kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, stove, kitchen utensils (cutlery, cooking utensils, pots, plates, glasses) and a bathroom with a toilet, shower, bathtub , bidet and 2 sinks. The apartment also has a dining table with chairs, a TV, a couch, a folding chair, a cot and two balconies facing the street and the yard. The apartment is big enough for 11 people. Despite its size, it does not lose its coziness.

Apartment 9 – with two bedrooms (capacity 4 people)

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the guesthouse. The apartment consists of two bedrooms, which are not impassable, kitchen and bathroom with shower and toilet. The bedrooms have a double bed and a TV, and one of them also has a table with chairs. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, microwave oven, refrigerator, electric kettle and dishes necessary for cooking.

Apartment 10 – with two bedrooms (capacity 6 people)

The apartment is located on 2 floors. The apartment has two separate, walk-through bedrooms, a kitchen and a bathroom. In the bedroom there is a double bed with a single bed and in the second bedroom there is also a double bed with a folding chair. The kitchen is equipped with a single hot plate, electric kettle, microwave oven, refrigerator and kitchen utensils (cutlery, cooking utensils, pots, plates, glasses).

Apartment 11 - with mezzanine (capacity 16 people)

The apartment is the largest of all apartments, consists of 3 floors and has its own entrance, which guarantees guests complete privacy. The apartment is large enough for 16 people and is therefore an ideal place for larger families or groups of friends. On the first floor there is a double bed, a single bed with a pull-out bed and a sofa bed. In the same room, there is also a kitchen with kitchen utensils, a refrigerator, a double stove, a microwave oven and a kettle. A fireplace completes the pleasant atmosphere in the apartment.

On the second floor there are two bedrooms with double beds, while one of them also has a single bed with a pull-out bed. On the top floor there is a bedroom with a double bed, a single bed and a pull-out bed. On each floor there is a separate bathroom with toilet, shower or bathtub and in each of the rooms there is a TV and a refrigerator.
