The two-story spa hotel Palace GRAND 1***+ is located in Nový Smokovec. You can find it in the spa area directly behind the Hotel Palace***. Peaceful and quiet accommodation in modernly furnished rooms provided by this hotel is ideal for spending a holiday for guests who prefer independence. All rooms are double and have their own bathroom with toilet, hairdryer and bathrobe, refrigerator, safe, telephone, TV with satellite and radio, WIFI connection. Most of the rooms have a balcony and some of them offer an unforgettable view of the Lomnický and Slavkovský shield directly from the bed. On the ground floor of the hotel, there is a medical section where selected types of procedures are provided.

The Spa Hotel Palace GRAND 1***+ is connected by a connecting corridor to the newly built Hotel Palace GRAND 2****, which allows the clientele a comfortable transition to meals in the newly opened hotel, or to the library, which is also equipped in the newly opened four-star hotel.

Parking is possible in front of the hotel, some parking spaces are covered.

There is no elevator in the hotel. An elevator is also available when going to the adjacent hotel through the connecting corridor.
