Už pár mesiacov bývam v Hoteli LINEAS, ale to čo tu zažívam som ešte nikde nezažil. Hotel samotný vyzerá hrozne, stará socialistická budova. Pribudli nové tabule, ktoré vôbec nepasujú k celkovému vzhľadu a nevyzerá to priaznivo. Vnútro hotela pekné, ako nové..teda aspoň recepcia, aby uchvátila na 1. pohľad. Výťahy sa kazia a izby sami o sebe sa za 30 rokov vôbec nezmenili - spomína môj oco. Radiátor na izbe mi ide 24/7 no aj tak je stále zima. Vzhľadom na 3 hviezdičkový hotel je kvalita reštaurácie úplne mimo. 5 eur som zaplatil za nechutnú pizzu, ktorú si môžem objednať za 3 eurá z pizzerie aj s dovozom a bude chutiť lepšie. Obsluha v reštaurácii je úplne super, no nedávno tam pribudla nová čašníčka a nemá vôbec šajnu, kto kedy prišiel a radšej si idem objednať k pultu. Na recepcii, ochotné, no niekedy celkom nechápu čo sa deje. Vedenie hotela je zmes nekompetentných, nezosynchronizovaných, nekorektných a hlúpych ľudí. Prečo má 3 *** je mi záhadou.
