Chata pri Lipe is located in Košiarny Briežok, near the village of Smižany, in the Slovak Paradise National Park. The cottage stands in the woods, near the tourist paths. It is ideal starting point for walking and cycling in the nature.

The cottage offers comfortable accommodation for 8 people. There are two triple bedrooms, one double bedroom. The cottage has a furnished kitchen with dining area, fireplace, TV with satellite. The equipment includes gas stove, electric kettle, fridge / freezer, microwave oven.

There are also two toilets and one bathroom with a shower. Free wifi internet access is available.

In the courtyard at the cottage guests can use the swimming pool, an outdoor fireplace, a gazebo and a sports playground for ball games. There is also a barbecue and a bowl. There is a possibility to rent bicycles.

Parking is available by the cottage.

In the village of Smižany are also several restaurants.

During the summer season, bus transport is provided between Kosiarny Briežok, Čingov and Podlesok. Guest can also pass the river Hornád.
