Apartments KOTVA

Apartments Kotva are located in a pleasant environment in a quiet and peaceful place in the area of the Patince Thermal Swimming Pool. The apartment house is 250 meters from the outdoor pools of the swimming pool and approximately 400 meters from the Wellness Hotel Patince.

There are 4 large apartments available in the building, which consist of 2 rooms with a shower and a sink. In one room there is a double bed and in the other room there are two separate beds. Each apartment has a separate toilet. The apartments are equipped with a TV with satellite programs. Individual apartments have a capacity of 4 to 5 people.

In the Kotva apartment house, 4 apartments are available all year round:

• Retro apartment for 4 people with one balcony,
• Modern apartment for 4 people without a balcony.
• Classic apartment for 5 people with two balconies,
• Apartment Univers for 5 people with two balconies,

Guests can use a shared fully equipped kitchen and dining room. In the kitchen you will find a fridge with a freezer, a ceramic hob, a microwave oven, an electric kettle, a toaster, a toaster, a coffee machine and a dining area. You can spend your free time in the common room with TV, CD player, radio and seating. You can have fun here with billiards, table tennis, electronic darts or board games. WiFi internet connection is a matter of course. During good weather, you can relax on the terrace with seating and barbecue. You can also rent bicycles.

You can prepare your own meals in the common kitchen or you can eat in nearby restaurants directly in the Patiniec recreation area. In the lake near the Wellness Hotel Patince, you can enjoy fishing during your vacation for a fee.
