Penzion Martinov Dvor is located on the outskirts of the village Teplicka nad Vahom, only 3 km from the town of Zilina. A ski resort in the Vrátna valley is less than 30 km. The area provides also other areas for skiing. You can visit castles of Budatín or Strečno.

Pension and restaurant stands under tall pines and the mountain of Duben. The roomse offers nice views of Žilina and its surroundings. Accommodation is provided in comfortable double rooms, but more demanding can also choose from apartments, among which you will find triple, family or deluxe two-room apartment. Each room and the apartment has a bathroom, TV and double bed. In the rooms, you can connect to wifi. The apartments comes with fridge.

The interior of the house is decorated with artistic works of Slovak artists. Children will certainly enjoy the playground. The restaurant with terrace has a capacity of 60 seats. In the guest house is a banquet hall with billiards.
