Hostel Skautský dom

Only 100 m from Trinity Square, the Scout House is situated in the center of Banská Štiavnica. It is suitable for tourists, larger groups, but also for families who visit this historical town in middle Slovakia. The property serves a large garden in the courtyard of hostel.

Accommodation is divided into several categories. Category A includes 3 four-bed rooms which have a private bathroom. In category B there are four rooms with a capacity of 3-6 beds. These rooms have shared toilets and showers in the hallway, separately for women and men. Guest pay in these rooms only for occupied beds, while there will not be other guests accommodated in room. Category C includes 3 rooms, where every room has a capacity of 10 beds. There is also accommodation in the attic for 25 people, in category D, where you sleep on mattresses. In category C and D there can be accommodated even other guest with you in one room.

Free WiFi internet connection is available in whole area of the hostel. Common room has satellite TV. Saint George Hostel has also shared kitchenette suitable for preparing your own food. It is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, kettle, stove and dishes. Next to kitchen there is dining room, but dining is possible also in the garden during the summer season. On demand, there is possibility of serving a buffet breakfast for groups of 6 people. Guest can order an all-day boarding at a nearby restaurant.

Free parking is available directly in front of the hostel, where there are 2 parking spaces (plus another 4 spaces during weekends and holidays) and about 80 meters away are another. Guests can also park for a fee in a closed place in the garden.
