Chalet Alica is located just a short walk from the ski resort of Kubinska Hola. It stands in the middle of Orava's nature. The center of Dolny Kubin is 5 km away.

The cottage has six bedrooms, including 3 double and 3 triple rooms. 5 extra beds are available in the lobby.

The cottage has a lounge with fireplace, satellite TV, radio with CD player. The equipment includes a kitchen with an electric stove and a oven, two plates, two fridges and freezers, a microwave and a coffee maker. In the cottage there is a bathroom with toilet and one separate toilet. The cottage is heated by an electric central heating system.

In the outskirts of the cottage you can find a gazebo, fireplace, terrace. For children, a swing and sandbox is available. Bicycles can be rented for a fee if needed.

Parking in the summer season is provided directly at the cottage, in winter 250 meters from the cottage.

The nearest grocery store and restaurant are 1 km away from the cottage.
