The cable car ticket is valid in selected sections: Tatranská Lomnica - Skalnaté Pleso or Starý Smokovec - Hrebienok or Štrbské Pleso - Solisko, depending on the current operation of the cable cars. The ticket is non-transferable, valid only in one selected section. In case of interest, the client is entitled to exchange the ticket for the cable car for a one-time entry to the water park Bešeňová, Tatralandia or AquaCity Poprad of their choice, during the current operating hours of the water parks.

Requests for a specific hotel room (within the same room type - eg specific room number, view, balcony, floor, world orientation, etc.) can be met only if the capacity and operational capabilities of the hotel allow.
