When preparing the meals, we use only special adjusted and filtered water. For zesting the meals, we use solely sea salt. We invite you for warm breakfast from 8.00 a.m., with a cup of warm coffee.

Opera Brasserie links the façade of Radisson SAS Carlton Hotel at Hviezdoslav Square. The specialties of chef – Markus Niederhauser are inspired by French cuisine.
