The ground floor includes a common room with a sofa for 10 people, stylish armchairs, a flat-screen TV and a bio fireplace with remote control. This room is designed for day and evening sitting. There is also a bathroom with toilet and shower.

On the ground floor is one of four apartments. This 70 m2 apartment consists of an entrance hall, a bathroom, a living area with a kitchen, a bedroom with a balcony. The apartment has 3 fixed beds in the bedroom - one double bed and one single bed. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, gas stove and electric oven for baking. The living room also has a dining table for 6 people and leather loungers. The apartment is ideal for a family of 3.

The other two apartments are located on the upper floor. Both apartments consist of an entrance hall, living room with kitchen, separate bathroom with toilet and bedroom with double bed. One apartment has a double bed for 2 adults, but thanks to the large space in the bedroom, it is possible to place cots. From the bedroom and living area of ​​this apartment there is direct access to a spacious balcony. The second of the apartments has 3 fixed beds in the bedroom, while in the living area there is a sofa bed for 2 more people. The sofa bed together with the bedroom can accommodate up to 5 people, so the apartment is ideal for a larger family.

The last of the apartments is located in the attic. This attic apartment consists of a spacious living area, a bathroom and a bedroom. The apartment has 3 fixed beds (bedroom) and a large sofa in the living area. The kitchen is equipped with an electric hob and does not include a fridge or dishwasher. The apartment is not equipped with a dining table.

The natural gazebo with hot and cold water supply is a practical place for summer barbecues and evening sitting with friends. The village of Vyšné Ružbachy is known for its mineral springs. In winter you can enjoy the ski slopes of Skipark Vyšné Ružbachy, which are located at the accommodation.
