Pension Solisko

Pension Solisko in the center of the picturesque village Zázrivá in Orava offers comfortable accommodation in 16 rooms with a total capacity of 43 beds. Rooms are double, triple + one family room with two extra beds. Each room has a mini-fridge, satellite TV, free WiFi and a private bathroom with shower and toilet.

The pension has its own restaurant with a terrace with a capacity for 50 people, a lounge for 12 - 15 people, a training room for 25 people and its own parking.

The cuisine of the restaurant offers traditional Slovak specialties, which is very known it the area. The pension is located at the crossroads of hiking and biking trails, where you will find wonderful panoramic views of the peaks of Mala Fatra. Jánošíkove Diery is one of the most beautiful tourist routes of the Malá Fatra National Park and one of the most beautiful trips in Slovakia ever.

Agrotourism is developed in the village and Zázrivá is also known for the production of cheese delicacies.

In the area you have the opportunity to focus mainly on tourism and tourist attractions, but you also have the opportunity to enjoy pleasant relaxation in wellness, water parks, or see historical monuments, such as Orava Castle - it is one of the most beautiful castles in Slovakia in Orava Podzámok, a national cultural monument and that is worth seeing up close. You cannot miss the Aquapark and relaxation center Dolný Kubín, which includes a water world with various attractions and the Oravice Thermal Bath.

In winter there are ski slopes, Ski Center Kozinec Zázrivá or SKI PARK Kubínska Hoľa.

Another very well-known attraction of the region is the historic dead-end railway called Oravská lesná železnica in one of the coldest villages in Slovakia - Oravská Lesná.
