Pension Medvedica is located in a quiet forest area of ​​Lieskovec, in the High Tatras, 1 km from Tatranska Strba. It is only a 10-minute walk from the railway stop, which will take you directly to Strbske Pleso.

Pension offers comfortable accommodation in three categories. There are 6 comfortable triple rooms, equipped with TV, fridge, private bathroom with toilet and balcony. For families with children or groups of friends are designed 3 comfortable studios with a capacity of 2 to 4 people. They consist of a bedroom with a double bed and two extra beds, a lounge area with a seating area and a TV, as well as a fully equipped kitchenette (electric cooker, microwave, kettle and fridge). There is also a bathroom with toilet and a balcony.

The room is located on the ground floor, situated on the west side overlooking the countryside. It is part of a double cell with a shared toilet and shower

Double Room without Economy Balcony
The room is on the ground floor, situated on the east side. It is part of a double cell with a shared toilet and shower.

Double Room with Balcony + Extra Bed Standard
Double Room with TV and fridge. Located on the 2nd floor, it is situated on the west side overlooking the nature. It has a separate toilet with shower.

Studio 2 + 2 extra beds
Open-type studio, one unit with a fridge and accessories, passes smoothly into the living area with TV and sleeping beds. Extra beds can be obtained by simply adjusting the chairs. Sunroofs, no balcony.

Meals for guests are served in the dining room. The premises of the guest house are ideal for organizing seminars, corporate events or training. The guest house has a spacious conference room with modern amenities.

Have a refreshing dip in the bar with its large LCD TV and billiards. Table tennis or ball games on the asphalt playground in the guesthouse also offer fun. You can also roast in gazebos with outdoor seating located directly at the lake. Children's climbing frames are available for children.

Parking is located directly in front of the guest house.

!!!UPOZORNENIE!!! S deťmi sme sem prišli do školy v prírode - od 3.06.2019 do 7.06. 2019 mal trvať náš pobyt, avšak v utorok večer sa deti začali sťažovať na bolesti brucha, do pár hodín nám všetky deti vracali a niektoré aj hnačkovali po celú noc. Nehovorím o tom, že po návrate domov som dostala chorobu aj ja, bolesti neskutočné. Dozvedeli sme sa, že sme už tretí turnus, ktorý takto dopadol!!!

Dôležité upozornenie pre všetkých, ktorí hľadajú na webe informácie o Penzióne Medvedica v Tatranskej Štrbe.
Dôrazne neodporúčame návštevu tohto zariadenia, nakoľko sme sa odtiaľ práve predčasne vrátili zo školy v prírode, 3.6.2019. 40 grcajúcich a hnačkujúcich detí, 2 učiteľky, jednu odviezla sanitka. Dozvedeli sme sa, že sme boli už tretí takýto turnus v poradí, na čo nás neupozornili. Včera tam okamžite nabehla hygiena a prevádzku uzavreli. Recepčná, ťažko povedať, že neochotná, dokonale mala všetko v paži, manažér protivný a nepríjemný, robil si zo mňa srandu, keď som sa ozvala, obaja maximálne neochotní, nezaujímali sa o naše potreby, ťažko by sme čakali nejaké ospravedlnenie. Po prebdenej pregrcanej noci nám navarili 60 porcií párkov a salámové balíčky a čudovali sa, prečo to musia vyhodiť. Namiesto toho, aby nakúpili sucháre, prípadne nám pomáhali riešiť vzniknutú situáciu, telefonovali s ďalšími zákazníkmi, ktorí si tam chceli rezervovať pobyt. Keď som si pýtala aspoň tie keksíky desiatu, pani (ťažko povedať, či kuchárka alebo upratovačka) ktorá práve vysýpala smeti, si utrela ruky o zásteru a išla do kuchyne a podala nám keksíky. Podlahy špinavé, dva dni sme tam nevideli žiadnu upratovačku, na záchodoch smrad, medzi posteľami staré omrvinky, vybiehali pavúky... Na moje otázky mi povedali, že veď upratovačka chodí každé tri dni, veď predsa oni nie sú hotel, ale zariadenie pre deti, tým to predsa stačí...
