Zápach na chodbe, zápach v izbe akoby sa tam týždne nevetralo, špinavá podlaha, smeti, prach, staré, vypraté, fľakaté obliečky, lepkavé kľučky na skriniach, špinavá kúpeľňa aj toaleta, vlasy a chlpy od predošlých hostí, zima. Po sťažnosti na neporiadok a žiadosti o vrátenie aspoň časti peňazí sa nesnažili o náhradu, dokonca ignorovali pokusy o kontaktovanie.
