Hostel BARNO

Hostel Barno is an excellent location close to the center of Kosice, 900 meters from the Main Street and 2 km from the bus and train stations. It offers affordable accommodation in 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedded rooms as well as in two suites. Thanks to its large accommodation capacity, the hostel is also suitable for group stay.

In the hostel there is a kitchen, lounge, laundry (for a fee) and a common balcony on each floor for guests.

The rooms are designed with a cellular system where every two rooms within a single cell have a shared bathroom with a shower. Room facilities include a table, chairs, bedside tables, a wardrobe and a bed. The bathrooms are equipped with a shower. Each 3 and 4 bed room has its own balcony or loggia, 1 and 2 bed rooms have a window. TV can be added to room for extra charge. The rooms overlook either the park in front of the hostel or the greenery behind the object.

Apartments consist of two rooms and have a private bathroom with a shower. Each apartment is also equipped with a refrigerator and a TV. The apartment can accommodate up to 3 people.

The total accommodation capacity of the hostel is 250 beds.

Hostel is 500 meters from the Technical University of Kosice. The city center can be reached by foot in 10 minutes. Nearby, you will find museums, botanical gardens and restaurants.
